摘 要:目的探讨生产性噪声对噪声作业工人听力、心率、血压的影响,从而保护噪声作业工人的身体健康、控制噪声作业工人的噪声暴露量、预防噪声对作业工人造成的身体损害。方法选取乌海市某厂147名接触噪声作业工人,年龄范围在21-51岁之间,平均年龄35.9岁,进行职业卫生基本情况、听力、心电图及血压检查,并对其进行分析与评价。结果不同工种听觉疲劳、噪声性耳聋检出率随工种噪声强度增强而递增,χ^2值分别为6.15、7.15,P均小于0.05;不同接噪工龄听觉疲劳、噪声性耳聋检出率随工龄延长而递增,χ^2值分别为6.13、7.35,P均小于0.05;不同接噪工龄血压异常检出率随工龄增加而递增,χ^2值为8.07,P小于0.05。结论听觉疲劳、噪声性耳聋的检出率随着噪声强度的增加而增加,血压异常检出率随着与接噪工龄的延长而增加。Objective Explore productive noise on workers hearing noise, the influence of heart rate, blood pressure, in order to ensure the health of the workers noise, noise control the amount of noise exposure workers, prevent noise cause physical damage to workers. Methods Wuhai city noise exposure of 147 factory workers, all male workers, and age range is between 21 to 51 years, the average age was 35.9 years, the basic situation of occupational health, hearing, electrocardiogram and blood pressure checks and its analysis and evaluation. Results The different types of auditory fatigue, noise-induced hearing loss detection rate with the increasing intensity of noise types, χ^2were 6.15, 7.15, P〈0.05, different noise then worked for auditory fatigue, noise-induced hearing loss detection rate with the extension of length of service increments, χ^2were 6.13,7.35, P〈0.05; different length of service received noise detection rate of abnormal blood pressure increased with increasing length of service, χ^2was 8.07, P less than 0.05. Conclusion The auditory fatigue, noise-induced hearing loss detection rate with the noise level increases, the detection rate of abnormal blood pressure, with the noise and then the extension of length of service increases.
