摘  要:冷喷涂金属涂层已应用于许多领域,冷喷涂材料也在不断扩大,曾经被认为不适合冷喷涂的陶瓷材料也实现了沉积。本文综述了冷喷涂陶瓷的发展过程,总结了现已提出的结合机制及其初步应用。可以看出,对冷喷涂沉积本质脆性的陶瓷材料仍有一个艰难的认知过程。Cold sprayed metal coatings have already been applied in many fields. Cold sprayed materials have also been extending constantly. Ceramic materials, which were once considered unsuitable for cold spray, have been deposited successfully by cold spray. This paper reviews the development of cold sprayed ceramics. Besides, the proposed bonding mechanisms and some of its lab applications are outlined. As can be seen, it is a difficult cognitive process for the study of intrinsically brittle ceramic materials deposited by cold spray.
