金融体系支持创新驱动发展机制研究

摘　　要：金融链、创新链和产业链融合是落实科技与金融结合,实现创新驱动发展战略最重要的切入点和着力点。基于创新驱动发展的金融服务需求,提出了金融发展支持科技创新的路径,重点分析了金融体系支持创新驱动发展战略的作用机制。研究结果表明,金融支持创新驱动发展的关键在于构建金融链对创新链和产业链前端种子期、初创期企业的融资支持体系,并采取有利于创新驱动发展战略实施的金融支持策略。T he integration of financial chain ,innovation chain and industrial chain is the most important starting point and focus to implement the strategic of technology and finance combination and innovation‐driven development .Based on the financial services demand of innovation‐driven development ,put forw ard the path of financial development to support tech‐nical innovation ,this paper emphatically analyzes the mechanism of financial system to support innovation‐driven develop‐ment strategy .Results suggests that the key of financial support for innovation‐driven development is building a financing support system that financial chain to financing seed and start‐up companies in the front end of innovation chain and indus‐try chain ,accordingly proposes the financial support strategies to boost innovation‐driven development strategy .
