摘　　要：我国尚未对安乐死予以合法化。但安乐死合法化符合现代社会伦理道德要求,符合家庭和社会资源合理配置要求,符合法的国际化要求,符合现代法治精神要求。为此,我国有必要通过立法对安乐死合法化加以明文规定,在法律中从实体和程序上规定实施安乐死条件,对违法实施安乐死的行为人依法追究法律责任。Euthanasia has not yet be legalized in China. However, the legalization of euthanasia would be in line with modern ethical requirements, comply with the requirements of international law, meet the rational alloca- tion of family and society resources, and meet the requirements of the modern rule of law. For this reason, it is necessary to expressly legalize euthanasia and make clear the substantive and procedural condition of euthanasia. Il- legal euthanasia shall be punished.
