摘　　要：公共图书馆馆藏特色形成和发展受到多种因素的影响,这些因素主要有公共图书馆管理体制及机制、现行的文献采购方式、现有的办馆条件、馆员和读者、文献出版业市场化等。Formation and development of public library collection features affected by many factors, these factors mainly in- clude public library management system and mechanism, the current literature purchase way, the existing working condition, librarians and readers, literature publishing marketization, etc.
