摘　　要：新媒体技术的发展和广泛应用使公共图书馆工作遇到了前所未有的冲击和挑战,同时也为公共图书馆开拓了一个崭新的服务平台,公共图书馆的数字化网络化建设,特别是网络图书馆服务的应用和推广,体现了公益性、基本性、服务性的发展定位。在此阐述了网络图书馆的概念、服务优势、存在问题和发展前景。the development and wide application of new media technology make the public library had hitherto unknown chal- lenge, but also opened up a new service platform for the public library, the construction of digital network of public libraries, especially the application and popularization of the network library service, embody the development ori- entation of public welfare, basic, the service, this paper expounds the concept, network library service advantages, problems and prospects.
