摘  要:基于对6种典型煤气燃烧的分析,给出了蓄热式烘烤器相对于传统非蓄热式烘烤器的节能效果,并给出煤气选取建议。研究指出,蓄热式钢包烘烤器节能率随煤气热值的增加而降低,使用高炉煤气时节能率最高为73.07%,使用焦炉煤气时节能率最低为38.19%;建议钢包烘烤初期选用高炉-转炉混合煤气,中后期选用转炉-焦炉混合煤气。Based on the combustions analysis of 6 typical gases, this paper analyzed the energy saving effect of regenerative ladle baking equipment compared with non-regenerative ones and gave the gas select advice. The results show that energy saving effect is declining with the increase of gas calorific value, the highest energy-saving radio is 73.07% when BF gas is used, and the lowest energy saving radio is 38.19% when CO gas is used. At the early period of baking process, BF-LD mixture gas is recommended to use, and at the middle and later period of baking process, LD-CO mixture gas is recommended to use.
