摘 要:为了提高罩式退火炉的节能率,将高温空气燃烧技术(HiTAC)应用于罩式炉,对罩式炉进行相关改造:将HiTAC专用烧嘴嵌入罩式炉外罩的上部和下部,可以提高其炉膛的温度均匀性。对罩式炉进行了热平衡分析,建立了适用于改造后罩式炉的蓄热式换热模型,并对其进行了模拟计算分析。结果表明:HiTAC技术能将排烟温度由350℃降低到119℃,并通过蓄热式换热提高进口预热空气温度,当蓄热体长度设置为0.5 m时,节能率可达17.6%,从而提高了罩式炉运行的经济性。In order to improve the energy saving efficiency of bell annealing furnace, the High Temperature Air Combustion (HiTAC) technology is applied to bell furnace which is remoulded as follow: the burners of HiTAC are inset in the outer cover of it, above as well as below, which may balance the furnace temperature. The thermal equilibrium in bell furnace is analyzed, and the mathematical model of regenerative heat exchange, adopted to the remoulded furnace, is made stimulation calculation and the results are analyzed. The results demonstrate that the HiTAC technology can reduce the exhaust temperature from 350℃tollg℃, and the inlet air is preheated via the regenerative heat exchange. Especially, when the regenerator length is set as 0.5m, the energy saving efficiency can attain 17.6%.So the economy of bell furnace operation raises.
