摘 要:针对含水矿井气在计量过程中出现体积流量变化的问题,运用热力学基本理论,进行了矿井气体积流量损失和析水量的计算分析,并以某矿井情况为例进行了分析。研究结果表明:矿井气的温度、组分和压力是影响体积流量和析水量的主要因素,其中,温度因素影响最大,压力因素影响最小;在压力不变(50 k Pa)的情况下,输送温度每降低1℃,体积流量减小0.18%,每千克干气析出的水量为1.12 g;甲烷摩尔分数每变化1%,体积流量变化0.017%,每千克干气析水量变化0.264 5 g。According to the problem of volume flow rate variation of mine drainage gas in the metering process, this paper calculated and anaLyzed the volume flow rate loss and amount of condensed water and taken a mine drainage gas as analysis object. The results show that the temperature, component and pressure are the main factors affecting the volume flow rate and amount of condensed water. The effect of temperature factor is the largest and pressure is the least. Under the condition of constant pressure, with the delivery temperature lowered by 1 ℃, the volume flow rate decreases by 0.18% and the amount of condensed water is 1.12 g per kilogram dry gas. When mole fraction of Methane for change by 1%, the volume flow rate change of by 0.017%, the amount of condensed water change by 0.264 5 g per kilogram dry gas.
