摘 要:模拟回转窑直接还原-磁选工艺,对铜渣中Fe、Pb、Zn的提取进行实验研究。实验考察了配碳量、还原温度、还原时间以及Ca O对Zn、Pb的脱除和Fe回收率的影响。XRD分析结果表明,铜渣中的矿物主要为磁铁矿、黄铜矿和硅酸盐液相渣。经综合实验分析,还原条件为:n(C)/n(O)=1.2,还原温度1 150℃,还原时间75 min,碱度R=0.6时,实验效果最好,产物中TFe品位达到78.8%,w(P)降到0.04%,w(S)降到0.55%,铁的回收率为94.44%,Zn、Pb的脱除率分别为93.11%、94.5%。According to the simulation of rotary kiln direct reduction-magnetic separation, studied on the extraction of Fe,Pb and Zn from the copper slag. This experiment investigates that the formula of carbon quantity, reduction temperature, reduction time, as well as the CaO have influence on the removal of Pb, Zn and the recovery rate of iron. The XRD analysis results show that the mineral in the Copper slag mainly are magnetite, chalcopyrite and silicate liquid slag. The comprehensive experimental analysis shows that when reduction condition is n(C)/n(O)=1.2, reduction temperature is 1 150 ℃, reduction time is 75 min, alkalinity is R=0.6, the experiment results are best, however when TFe grade is 78.8%,w(P) drops to 0.04%, w(S) drops to 0.55%, the recovery rote of iron is 94.44%, Zn,Pb removal rate are 93.11%, 94.5% respectively.
