摘　　要：社区矫正作为一种非监禁性刑罚执行方式,重要性和作用日益凸显。美国的社区矫正制度在惩罚和改造罪犯方面,虽被其他国家所广泛借鉴。但美国社区矫正制度的概念目的却一直处于流派纷呈、众说纷纭、没有定论的处境。这里对美国社区矫正制度的概念和目的进行了分析探讨,旨在为他国借鉴美国社区矫正制度澄清认识,传递经验。The importance and role of community correction which is a way of non - prison penalty execution has been growing. The American community correction system has been learned and referenced by other countries, the concept and the purpose of the A- merican community correction system have been in an unclear situation which has varied opinions and views. Therefore, this article is mainly to do analysis and escarch about about the concept and purpose of the American community correction system, which aims to help other countries have a clear understanding and pass on exeprienee when they want to learn American community correction system.
