摘  要:德国高校专业教学计划的设置通常都需要专业性的认证标准检验,而霍夫应用技术大学机械制造专业教学计划设置更注重"实践导向"、突出"学习方法"、融合"通识教育"与"专业教育"、体现"以学习者为中心"。我国高等职业教育应借鉴德国经验,科学设置专业教学计划,有效提高专业人才培养质量,为实现"中国制造"升级为"优质制造"培养大量高素质技术技能人才。The experience and practices in applied talents at the University of Applied Science in Germany is a good reference for vocational education in china and the key of achieving applied talents training objectives is to set up and implement specialty teaching plan. Setting specialty teaching plan in Germany usually needs professional certification standard to inspect. “Practice-oriented”, “learning”, integration of “general education” and “professional education”,“learner-centered” is more focused. In order to improve the quality of professional training and train a large number of high-quality technical training skilled personnel who services for the realization of “Made in China” upgrade “high-quality manufacturing”, Higher Vocational Education in our country should learn experience of German, specialty teaching plan must be stetted scientifically.
