摘 要:目的:了解广州市区0~6岁婴幼儿的维生素D营养状况。方法:收集在广东省妇幼保健院儿保科门诊进行常规保健的824例0~6岁婴幼儿血清,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清25-羟基维生素D[25-(OH)D]。结果:824例0~6岁婴幼血清25-(OH)D的平均水平为(69.52±57.09)nmol/L,其中充足组213例占25.85%,有73.66%的婴幼儿25-(OH)D处于较低水平(51.33%不足、19.42%缺乏、2.91%严重缺乏)。0~6岁婴幼儿血清25-(OH)D水平在不同性别间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);3~6岁组婴幼儿血清25-(OH)D水平明显低于〈1岁组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:广州市区0~6岁婴幼儿血清25-(OH)D水平普遍偏低,应重视婴幼儿血清25-(OH)D的检测。Objective: To understand the nutritional status of vitamin D among 0-6-year-old infants in Guangzhou. Methods: Serum samples of 824 healthy infants receiving conventional health care in Outpatient of Pediatric Health Care in the hospital were collected, ELISA was used to detect serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels. Results: The average value of serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D was (69. 52± 57.09) nmol/L, only 213 infants (25.85%) had enough 25-hydroxy vitamin D, the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in 73. 66% of the in- fants were relatively low ( not enough in 51.33% of the infants, deficiency in 19.42% of the infants, and severe deficiency in 2.91% of the infants) . There was no statistically significant difference in serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level between boys and girls (P〉0. 05 ) ; serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D level in 3-6'year-old infant group was statistically significantly lower than that in infants under one year (P〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Serum 25-hydroxy vitamin I3 levels in 0-6-year-old infants are generally low, serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D detec- tion among infants should be paid more attention to.
