摘 要:环境毒物种类众多,如金属和类金属、有机溶剂、杀虫剂和空气污染物等;其中,多数毒物可引起机体氧化应激。转录因子NF-E2相关因子2(Nrf2)是细胞氧化应激反应的关键因子,在保护细胞和组织免受活性氧自由基(ROS)中起着重要的作用。一方面,环境毒物可以诱导Nrf2信号通路的激活;另一方面,Nrf2信号通路诱导剂还被广泛证明能够进一步拮抗环境毒物对机体的损伤。笔者综述了Nrf2信号通路在多种常见环境毒物诱发的氧化损伤中的拮抗作用,并对研究Nrf2激活剂保护机体拮抗环境毒物毒性方面提出了展望。There are many kinds of environmental toxicants such as metals and metalloids, organic solvents, pesticides and air pollutants and so on. Most of environmental toxicants can cause oxidative stress. Transcription factor NF-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) is a key factor of cellular oxidative stress response,and it plays an important role in protecting cells and tissues from reactive oxygen species (ROS). On one hand,environmental toxicants may induce activation of Nrf2 signaling pathway;On the other hand, Nrf2 signaling pathway inducer can be proved to protect the body against environmental toxicants. The present paper introduced antagonism of Nrf2 signaling pathway in a variety of common environmental toxicants which may induce oxidative injury, and proposed the further study on Nrf2 activator which can protect the body and antagonize toxicity of environmental toxicants.
