垃圾渗滤液中活性污泥培养方法的研究

摘  要:采用城市污水厂的脱水污泥作为接种污泥,对渗滤液原液进行活性污泥微生物的驯化和培养。实验结果表明,渗滤液原液稀释后,1 L混合液中加入30 g接种污泥、3 g C6H12O6和30 mg P,经过20 d可以培养出性能良好的黄褐色絮状污泥;在培养过程中,随着进水中渗滤液浓度的增加,活性污泥需要的适应时间越长;只投加C源的样,培养后SV30达到78%,COD的去除率可达到62%,而投加C源和P源的样,SV30可达90%,COD的去除率可达91%,投加磷源有利于活性污泥的增长。Activated sludge microorganisms in the leachate original fluid were domesticated and cultivated when dewatered sludge taken from municipal wastewater treatment plant was regarded as inoculated sludge. Results showed that the leachate after dilution could develop a brown flocculent sludge of good performance in 20 days, when 30 mg inoculated sludge, 3 g C6H12O6 and 30 mg P were added to per liter mixed liquid. With the influent concentration of the landfill leachate increasing during the cultivation period, activated sludge needs more time to adapt. Under the condition of adding carbon source only, the SV30 and removal rate of COD reached 78% and 62%, respectively. And the SV30 and removal rate of COD could be up to 90% and 91%, respectively when carbon source and phosphorus source were both feed. Thus, feeding of phosphorus source could help the growth of activated sludge.
