摘 要:针对膜生物反应器的出水中仍含有一些对人体有害的微量污染物的状况,实验采用纳滤工艺进一步处理以提高膜生物反应器出水的安全性。通过单因素控制变量实验考察纳滤膜及操作压力等对A/O-MBR系统出水的处理效果,以COD去除率作为的纳滤处理效果的主要指标,实验确定最佳的纳滤工艺条件:选用陶氏NF270纳滤膜,操作压力为0.7 MPa。其产水COD和氨氮的去除率分别为74.1%和57.5%,且产水水质稳定。Effluent treated by membrane bioreactor (MBR) still contained small amounts of harmful contaminants. Based on this situation, nanofiltration process was applied to improve the safety of MBR effluent. Through single factor control variable test, effects ofnanofiltration and operation pressure on the treatment efficiency of effluent fi'om A/O-MBR system were investigated. Taking COD removal rate as the main index of nanofiltration treatment efficiency, the optimums of technology parameters were determined as follows: NF270 nanofiltration membrane fi'om DOW was applied and the optimum operation pressure was 0.7 MPa. The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the product water reached 74.1% and 57.5%, respectively. In addition, the water quality of product water from the nanofiltration was stable.
