改性聚氨酯泡沫塑料处理垃圾渗滤液废水研究

摘  要:采用曝气生物滤池来处理垃圾渗滤液中的NH3-N和COD,采用了改性后的聚氨酯泡沫塑料为载体。采用两级曝气生物滤池工艺,NH3-N去除率达到94.6%,COD去除率达到90%。针对温度,酸碱度改变,研究了对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,在单因素影响之下,适宜处理温度为25℃、p H为8。采用成本低廉的聚氨酯泡沫塑料载体的多级BAF处理工艺,在处理含高NH3-N垃圾渗滤液废水具有很好地应用价值和市场前景。Biological aerated filter was applied for the treatment of the ammonia nitrogen and COD in landfill leachate and the modified polyurethane foams were used as the carrier. The removal rates of NH3-N and COD reached 94.6% and 90% respectively with two-stage biological aerated filter. The effects of the temperature and pH on treatment efficiency were studied. The experimental results showed that the most suitable processing temperature was 25 ℃, and the optimum pH was 8 under the influence of each single factor. The multistage BAF process with the cheap polyurethane foam holds great potential application values and shows high market prospect in the treatment of landfill leachate with high coneent of NH3-N.
