摘 要:针对国内外火力发电厂采用中和沉淀法来治理烟气脱硫产生的脱硫废水,经该工艺处理后的废水中重金属离子均能稳定达标排放,但COD和SS往往不能稳定达标排放的问题,某电厂脱硫废水工程采用了改造和优化的中和沉淀工艺。试运行结果表明,该工艺能解决管道易堵塞和管理维护量大的问题,经处理后的出水水质稳定,达到了DL/T997-2006的要求。The neutralization-precipitation methods were employed to treat desulfurization wastewater in many power plants at home and abroad nowadays. The index of heavy metal ions concentration in the wastewater could stably meet discharging standard after the treatment by this process, but the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and suspended solids (SS) often could not. To solve this problem, the transformed and optimized neutralization-sedimentation process was adopted in a power plant desulfurization wastewater project. Pilot rim results showed that the easy blockage of the pipeline and heavy task of management and maintenance could be solved effectively by this process, and the stable effluent quality after the treatment could also meet the requirements in DL/T 997--2006.
