摘  要:以佛山大塘工业区废水处理循环回用工程为例,介绍了染整废水的特点及其循环回用处理工艺,并对运行效果和经济效益进行了分析和总结。采用超滤+反渗透双膜法处理工艺,以国产超滤和国产反渗透为试点推广应用。工程建成运行后,反渗透产水供给工业园区的电厂锅炉用水,水质远好于工业园区内所供的自来水标准,排放水质达到广东省一级排放标准。污水处理总运行成本约3元/m3,膜处理部分运行成本仅为1.2元/m3,经济、环境和社会效益明显。Taking Foshan Tong industrial area sewage treatment and reuse project as an example, the characteristics of dyeing wastewater and its reuse treatment technology was introduced here, and the operation effect and economic benefit were analyzed and summarized. Ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis double membrane processing technology was applied for pilot application, with the domestically produced ultrafiltration and domestic reverse osmosisas membrane materials. During the project operation, reverse osmosis water was supplied to power plant boiler water in Industrial Park, and water quality was high above the standard of tap water for the industrial park, discharge water meeting Guangdong Province Level 1 Emission Standard. Total operating costs of sewage treatment was about 3 yuan/m^3, and the running cost of membrane processing was only 1.2 yuan/m^3. The economic, environmental and social benefits are obvious.
