印度服务外包竞争力影响因素分析——基于灰色关联度方法的实证

摘　　要：文章选取了13个影响印度服务外包竞争力因素的指标数据,运用邓氏灰色关联分析法测算了服务外包与竞争力影响因素之间的灰色关联度。研究得出结论:无论是信息技术外包还是业务流程外包均与竞争力影响因素之间表现出较强的灰色关联。且不同外包的影响因素支点倚重不同,信息技术外包受以知识产权保护为主的外部支持环境影响最大,而业务流程外包则受经济产业商务环境的影响最大。因此,不同服务外包的竞争力须使用不同策略去提高。Thirteen competitiveness factors about service offshoring were selected,,and Deng's gray correlation analysis method was applied to calculate the gray correlation between service offshoring and these factors. The conclusions reached are: whether for IT outsourcing or business process outsourcing,the calculated results show there exists a strong grey interrelation between offshoring competitiveness and these factors. However,different types of outsourcing relied on different fulcrum of factors,IT offshoring is predominantly influenced by external supporting environment with intellectual property protection as the most important factor,while business process offshoring is mostly affected by the economic business environment. Therefore,different strategies are needed to enhance competitiveness of different service offshoring.
