摘  要:针对钻井过程中循环钻井液流量控制不准确,造成螺杆钻具旁通阀总成无法开启闭合,阀心密封件失效刺漏等问题,通过Ф244 mm等壁厚螺杆钻具旁通阀理论计算和循环试验,验证旁通阀工作可靠性。测得Ф244 mm等壁厚螺杆钻具旁通阀关闭流量和开启流量;测得不同流量下旁通阀压降,确定阀心实际流量系数。分析结果表明,Ф244 mm等壁厚螺杆钻具旁通阀在不同流量下产生的压差与循环试验获得压差十分接近,并且旁通阀在一定流量下均能实现阀心顺利打开和关闭。当流量由大变小时,阀心打开流量为20.20-14.60 L/s,当流量由小变大时,阀心关闭流量为22.51-26.38 L/s,旁通阀实际流量系数为1.138-1.395。研究结果对于起下钻时旁通阀循环流量控制具有指导作用。Inaccurate mud flow rate control during drilling often result in issues like failure of open and close of bypass valve assembly of positive displacement motor and valve seal washout. Through theory calculation and circulating test of bypass valve of 0244 mm iso-wall thickness positive displacement motor, the reliability of the bypass valve is verified. The flow rate for closing and opening of bypass valve are measured, and the related differential pressure of bypass valve is also measured, thus, the flow coefficients of the bypass valve are obtained. The results show that the calculated differential pressures of the bypass valve under different flow rate are close to the differential pressure obtained by circulating test. The bypass valve could open and close smoothly at a certain flow rate. The flow rate for opening the bypass valve is 20. 20 - 14. 60 L/s when the flow rate decreases, while the flow rate for closing the bypass valve is 22.51 - 26.38 L/s when the flow rate increases, the actual flow coefficient of the bypass valve is 1. 138 - 1. 395. The study results could provide guidance for the bypass valve flow control when tripping in or out of hole.
