摘 要:多相泵在输送气液混合物时,有可能运行不平稳、产生断流或机械故障。安装在混输系统中的缓冲均化器能够有效地防止极端工况对多相泵造成的冲击,在混输系统中起着关键作用。通过试验研究考察了缓冲均化器对多相泵混输性能的影响以及在不同工况下对多相流体的缓冲性能。试验结果表明,配置缓冲均化器后,多相泵的增压得到明显改善,并且多相泵的工作范围拓宽。均化器在高含气条件下始终能够维持5 cm左右的持液高度,避免了多相泵干转,对极端工况起到了很好的缓冲作用,使得多相泵在极端工况下的工作时间延长了3倍。In transporting gas liquid mixture, the multiphase pump is possible to run unsteadily, resulting in cutoff and mechanical failure. The homogenizer installed in the multiphase pumping system could effectively prevent the impact of extreme conditions on the muhiphase pump, thus, plays a key role in muhiphase pumping system. The effect of the homogenizer on the muhiphase pumping performance and the buffer performance of the homogenizer under different conditions are studied through testing. The test results show that, with the homogenizer, the boosting performance and efficiency of multiphase pump has been significantly improved, and the work range of multiphase pump has been broadened. Homogenizer could always be able to maintain about 5 cm liquid level under the condition of high gas concentration, avoiding muhiphase pump' s dry running, thus having a great buffer effect against the extreme conditions, extending the multiphase pump working time three times longer in extreme operating conditions.
