摘 要:涡流工具排液是一种新型气井排水采气工艺。目前国内外针对井下涡流工具的室内及现场试验,仅获得部分宏观工作特性,缺乏深入的理论研究,具体排液机理不够清晰,限制了该工艺的推广应用。鉴于此,采用有限元分析方法建立涡流工具气液两相螺旋流动的数值模型,并借助CFD软件对其流动过程进行仿真。通过流动规律的预测及分析,确定出井下涡流工具排水采气机理。研究结果表明,涡流工具可形成螺旋上升的管壁液膜流和快速上升的中心气核流动;引发的高速螺旋涡流,有效降低了气液流动阻力,提升了采气速度,同时增强了气流的携液能力,收到排水采气效果。研究结果可为工具的现场应用及改进提供指导。Water drainage using vortex tool is a new technology for water drainage in gas production. Currently, the experimental and field tests of the vortex tool have revealed some operating characteristics. But the lack of indepth theoretical study leads to an unclear water drainage mechanism, thus limiting the application of the technology. To address the problem, a numerical model of gas liquid two-phase flow in the vortex tool is established using finite element analysis, and the flow process is simulated with the CFD software. By predicting and analyzing the law of the flow, the mechanism of downhole vortex tool in water drainage for gas production are determined. The resuits show that the tool can introduce a spiral vortex water film flow and rapid rise of central air-core flow. The highspeed spiral vortex flow could effectively reduce the gas-liquid flow resistance, enhance gas production rate and improve the liquid carrying capacity of gas flow, thus drainage the water during gas production. The results could provide guidance for vortex tool application.
