摘　　要：目前存在一种流行的观点,即不具体阐明当今世界究竟处于怎样的历史时代,只是含糊其辞地认为目前的时代主题是和平发展,认为马克思、恩格斯已经不再提出无产阶级夺取政权的目标,改变了早期认为两大阶级生死搏斗的观点,列宁的《帝国主义是资本主义发展的最高阶段》和斯大林的资本主义总危机理论站不住脚。这些都是涉及当代资本主义新变化的重大问题。只有充分认识资本主义发展的新阶段。才能认清历史发展的规律和趋势,既不被一时的现象所迷惑,也不被遇到的困难所吓倒。应当时刻准备进行具有新的历史特点的伟大斗争,坚定不移地沿着党的基本路线前进,顺利地推进中国特色社会主义的伟大事业。The current popular viewpoint failed to define the historic period of the present world,but vaguely clarified the peaceful development theme of the times.Marx and Engels didn't advocate the proletariat to acquire power so that changed the previous irreconcilable image of the two classes.Moreover,Lenin's Theory of Imperialism and Stalin's general crisis of capitalism are groundless.This is an important issue about new changes of contemporary capitalism,the rule and trend of historical development can be recognized only if we fully realize the new stage of capitalism development.We shouldn't be deluded by temporary illusions or daunted by difficulties,but be ready at all times for great struggles with new historical characteristics,unswervingly stick to the Party's basic line,and smoothly carry forward the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
