摘　　要：郑贞文是我国著名的化学家、教育学家和社会改革家,他以其在日本丰富的留学经历开创了我国近代科学团体科学文化的先河,并吸收了日本科学文化本土化过程的经验教训,以中华学艺社及其刊物为阵地,致力于弥合科学与人文之间的鸿沟,改变中国落后的社会局面。ZHENG Zhenwen was the famous chemist, educationist and social reformer. He began the history process of Chinese modem culture of science originated in the Chinese modem scientific society, and his activity was from his abundant experience in Japan as a student abroad.lie drew the lessons from the process of localization of culture of science and technology in Japan,and constructed the culture of science on the basis of the Science and Art Society of China. The aim of the activities of ZHENG Zhenwen was to build a bridge between science and technology and humanity and change the situation of China society which was falling behind from the modem world strong states at that time.
