摘 要:探讨浆纱机烘筒凝结水余热利用技术。分析几种浆纱机凝结水余热回收技术,选择了闭式凝结水回收浆纱机烘筒凝结水的技术方案。通过合理选用和安装凝结水管避免积水和水击现象;优选疏水阀保证凝结水的有效排放,运用喷射增压技术有效解决凝结水和闪蒸汽回收中喷射泵的汽蚀问题,最终实现了余热和软化水的全热回收,减少了污染物排放。认为浆纱机烘筒凝结水闭式回收技术具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Waste heat utilization technology of condensation water from sizing machine drying cylinder was discussed. Several kinds of water heat utilization technology of condensation water from sizing machine were in- troduced, technology solution of closed system to recycle condensation water from sizing machine drying cylinder was selected. Through reasonably selecting and installing condensate pipe, ponding and water attack phenomenon can be prevented. Condensation water can be efficiently discharged by optimizing of steam trap. Cavitation prob- lem of injection pump during condensation water and flash vapor recycling can be efficiently solved by applying jet supercharger technology. Total heat recycleof heat and softened water can be fully recycled, pollution discharge can be reduced. It is considered that there are three aspects in condensation water recycle as waste heat, water and softening fee. Economic benefit and social benefit of closed recycle system for condensation water from sizing ma- chine drying cylinder are better.
