摘　　要：探讨纱线质量标准、质量指标和质量检测方法的演进过程。阐述了质量标准的重要性以及质量标准、质量指标与质量检测之间的关系,回顾了纱线质量标准在现代的发展历程、进步及差距,介绍和分析了当代纱线检测指标、检测仪器。认为:随着技术进步、新品开发以及质量要求的提高,纱线质量标准、指标和检测技术不断创新、相互促进;一般产品质量检测具有局限性,产品在线检测可进行及时、动态质量监控,实现质量检测全覆盖。Evolution of yarn quality standard,quality index and quality detection method were discussed. Im- portance of quality standard and relationship among quality standard,quality index and quality detection were ex- plained. Development history,improvement and gap of yarn quality standard in recent years were reviewed. Pres- ent yarn detection index and equipment were introduced. It is considered that yarn quality standard,index and de- tectlon technology is continuously innovated and mutually promoted as the improvement of technology progress, new product development and quality requirement. Common product quality detection is limited. Product online detection can monitor quality in time and dynamically. Quality detection can be overall covered.
