摘 要:探讨不同相对湿度条件下两种测试方法对棉纤维电阻测试的影响。采用两种改变测试量程的方法,在3种相对湿度条件下对棉纤维电流变化进行测试。结果表明:棉纤维电流非稳态,随时间衰减并趋向稳定;高相对湿度时棉纤维电流衰减速度比低相对湿度时快。相对湿度越低,两种方法测得电流衰减速度差异越明显,在相对湿度较大时两种方法测试的电流衰减速度相近。认为,在纤维回潮率较低时,应适当延长仪器读数时间,以获取较准确的测试数据。在纤维电阻测试仪器设计时应选择阻值适宜的标准电阻器,以降低电流衰减时间;可采用改变运算放大电路放大倍率来改变测试量程的测试方法,以利于提高测试速度。Influence of two test methods in different relative humidity conditions on cotton fiber resistance test was discussed. Two methods of changing test range were adopted. Cotton fiber electric current changes were tested in three relative humidity conditions. The test results show that electric current of cotton fiber is unsteady state,which tend to stable as the time increase. Electric current attenuation rate of cotton fiber in higher relative humidity is faster than that of in lower relative humidity. The lower relative humidity is,the more obvious the e- lectric current attenuation rate difference between the two test methods is. When the relative humidity is larger, the electric current attenuation rates obtained from two test methods are similar. It is considered that reading time of tester should be suitably extended to get more accuracy results when fiber moisture regain is smaller. Standard resistor with appropriate resistance should be selected when fiber resistance tester is designed to reduce electric current attenuation time. Test method of changing amplification factor o{ operational amplifier circuits can be a- dopted to change measuring range,which is beneficial to the improvement of test speed.
