摘  要:研究不同纤维种类和不同织物结构对织物接触冷暖感的影响规律。以羊毛、棉、亚麻、蚕丝、涤纶和锦纶6类纤维共36种织物为研究对象,采用KES-F7THERMO LABOⅡ型冷暖感测试仪测试了36种织物的接触冷暖感值,并分析织物接触冷暖感的影响因素。结果表明:羊毛织物的接触暖感最强,锦纶织物的接触冷感最强,棉织物、亚麻织物的接触冷暖感波动范围较大。相关系数与多元线性逐步回归分析表明:纬密与厚度对接触冷暖感的影响显著,经纱细度次之,总紧度最小,接触冷暖感与纬密、经纱细度呈正相关,与厚度、总紧度呈负相关。认为:纤维种类和织物结构参数对织物接触冷暖感有明显影响。Effect principle of different fiber variety and fabric structure on fabric contacting warm and cool feeling was studied. 36 kinds of fabrics with 6 fibers of wool,cotton,flax,silk,polyester and polyamide were cho- sen as study objects. KES-F7 THERMO LABO Ⅱ warm and cool feeling tester was adopted to test 36 kinds of fabrics warm and cool feeling value, effect factors of fabric warm and cool feeling were analyzed. The results show that contact warm feeling of wool fabric is the highest,contact cool feeling of polyamide fabric is the best. Wave range of cotton and flax fabric warm and cool feeling is larger. Correlation coefficient and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis results show that contacting warm and cool feeling are affected obviously by weft density and thickness, effect of warp fineness is smaller, effect of total tightness is the smallest. Relationship among contacting warm and cool feeling,weft density and warp fineness is positive correlation while is a negative correlation with thickness and total tightness. It is considered that fabric contacting warm and cool feeling is affected by fiber vari- ety and fabric structure parameters significantly affect.
