摘 要:探讨提高赛络纺R 14.8tex成纱质量的工艺优化措施。根据赛络纺纱的特点,对纺纱各工序工艺进行了优化配置,利用正交试验优选了细纱工艺参数,并对优化前后成纱质量指标进行了对比,测试结果显示,工艺优化后R 14.8tex成纱条干CV值降低了0.9个百分点,断裂强度提高了1.56cN/tex。认为:采取优化后的工艺配置可以改善成纱质量,提升产品市场竞争力。Process optimization measures of improving R 14.8 tex viscose siro yarn quality were discussed. According to siro yarn properties,optimization configuration in each process was proceeded. Spinning process pa- rameters were optimizedby orthogonal test. Yarn quality indexes before and after optimization were compared. The test results show that evenness CV value of R 14.8 rex yarn after process optimization can be decreased by 0. 9 percentage pionts,breaking tenacity can be improved about 1.5 cN/tex. It is considered that yarn quality can be improved and market competiveness of product can be promoted after adopting process configuration after op timization.
