摘  要:总结提高纯棉特细号高密织物质量的技术要点。以JC 5.8/4.9 905/(354×8)305直贡缎织物为例,采用CGGA114型整经机,整经速度在260m/min^280m/min;浆纱工序分析了工艺、设备、操作方面的技术要点,优化浆料配方;纬纱采用4根单纱并合,再两两并合;采用JAT710-340型喷气织机,优化上机张力及各部工艺配置;通过自制雾化风机,增加车间相对湿度,提高织机效率。通过采取一系列技术措施,最终保证了产品的顺利生产,织机效率平均达到了85%以上。认为:优化各工序工艺参数、进行相关技术改造是提高织机效率的关键。Technology key points to improve quality of pure cotton super fineness fabric with high density were summarized. JC 5.8/4.9 905/(354 × 8)305 straight satin fabric was taken as an example. CGGA114 warping machine was adopted. Warping speed was around 260 m/min ~ 280 m/min. Technology key points in sizing process about processing,equipment,operation and so on were analyzed and sizing instruction was optimized. Four single yarns were combined,then two of them were combined as weft yarn. JAT710-340 air jet loom was used. Loom tension and each process configuration were optimized. Through self-made atomization fan, relative humidi- ty was increased and loom efficiency was improved. By adopting a serial of technology measures, successful pro- duction was ensured eventually and average loom efficiency can be reached above 85 %. It is considered that key points to improve loom efficiency are optimization of each process parameters and modification of relative technol- ogy.
