摘 要:为使数码图像在设计双面花纹织物过程中有更多的颜色讯息保存下来,提出一种新的设计原理和方法:基于全显色结构双面花纹效果的织物设计原理和方法。设计的基本原理是在分层组合设计模式下,通过先分离并单独设计织物的正面和背面结构,然后结合全显色组合织物结构和规则接结组织的运用进行分层组合设计而成。通过这种方法,组合的织物结构在织物正反面可以呈现独立的全显色效果,背面结构被表面结构覆盖。另外,由于正反面组织和规则接结组织的应用,该织物满足一切平衡交织的要求,并且可以成功地进行工业生产。In order to keep more color information of digital pattern during the design of double-face jacquard fabric with different patterns, this paper presented a new design principle and method of that based on full-color structure. The basic design theory was that with the application of full-color compound fabric structure and regular stitch weaves, under layered-combination design mode, the figured double- face jacquard fabric could be designed through the combination of face and backing fabric structures that were designed, respectively in advance. By such a way, the resultant fabric structure is capable of expressing independent full-color figuring effects on both sides of fabric, in which the back structure is covered by face structure. Beside, such fabric meets fully the requirement of balanced interlacement and poses no problem in industrial production by means of the application of the face, back and regular stitch weaves.
