基于锡尔系数的广西R&D投入与经济发展的区域差异比较

摘　　要：运用锡尔系数分解方法,对广西五大经济区域R&D投入和经济发展的区域差异进行比较研究。研究表明:广西五大经济区域R&D投入的地区总差异总体上呈现减小趋势,经济发展的地区总差异总体上略呈增加趋势,两者之间的差距在2007年以前较突出,但之后这种差距在逐年缩小;R&D投入、经济发展的区域间差异分别与R&D投入、经济发展的总差异的变动轨迹和变动趋势较相似,区域间差异是影响总差异变化的主导性因素。据此提出相关政策建议。By taking the five major economic regions of Guangxi as the research object, and using the Theil index analysis, the paper compares the regional difference of R＆D investment and economic development in Guangxi. Research shows that the difference of areas in R＆D investment presents a generally decreasing tendency in five regions of Guangxi while the difference of areas in economic development presents a slightly increasing trend; the gap between this two is much promi- nent, but the gap between them tends to shrink until 2007 ; the difference among areas is similar respectively with the chan- ges and trends of the general difference in R＆D investment and economic development, which is the dominant factor affect- ing the changes in the difference. The paper proposes relevant policy suggestions to these changes.
