多点多极发展格局中的县域经济底部支撑研究

摘　　要：区域经济协调发展客观上要求区域经济在空间上由单极发展向多点多极发展转变。多点多极发展战略中的"点"就是经济支撑点,"极"就是经济增长极,"点"和"极"是经济活动和空间载体的有机结合。县域经济作为区域经济的基础单元,是构建多点多极发展格局的底部基础,有力地支撑着区域协调发展。四川县域经济实力逐步增强,初步形成了一批支撑点和增长极,但还存在县域经济规模弱小、要素集聚功能不足、城镇化水平较低等问题,对多点多极发展格局的支撑乏力。着眼于多点多极发展,夯实具有底部支撑作用的县域经济发展,需要增强县域经济规模、发挥要素集聚功能和完善县域城镇体系建设。The coordinated development of regional economy objectively requires economy transform from unipoledevelop- ment to multipoint and multipole development in space. In multipoint and multipole development strategy, thepointis economic support point, the pole is economic growth pole, the point and poleis the combination of economic activities and space carrier. As the basicunit of regional economy, the county economyis the bottom foundation to build themuhipoint and multipole development pattern, and supportregional harmonious development. The county economic strength of Sichuan has gradually grown and initially formed a batch of strong points and growth poles, but also facesome problems such assmaller scale of county economy, insufficient element agglomerate function and lower urbanization level, which cannot effectively propsthe multipoint and multipole develop- ment. Focus on the muhipoint and multipole development, consolidate the county economy development that needs to strengthen county economy scale, play factoraggregate function and improve urban system construction of the county.
