摘　　要：本文从金融结构变迁与国有企业改革的关系视角,对中国金融结构变迁的逻辑与路径进行了具体分析,认为中国国有企业从一开始承担着经济发展的重担,在现阶段中国经济转型升级的背景下,国有企业也面临新一轮改革;与此同时,作为从初始设计就承担着为国企服务的中国金融体系,也面临着金融结构的渐进调整过程。中国国有企业改革要取得成功,就必须对中国金融结构进行调整,使得二者统一协调。文章在分析二者目前存在的诸多问题的基础上给出了中国金融结构优化变迁的路径选择。In this paper, the relationship between financial structure change and the reform of state-owned enterprises perspective, There are any detail analysis from the two logical relationship of the reform of state-owned enterprises and financial structure change, the article points out that China＇s state-owned enterprises from the beginning to shoulder the burden of the eco- nomic development, at present China＇s economic transformation and upgrading of background, reform of state-owned enterprises is also facing a new round reform; at the same time, at the beginning design , China＇s financial system serve for the state-owned enterprises, is faced with gradual adjustment of financial structure. The reform of state-owned enterprises to be successful in Chi- na, it is necessary to adjust China＇s financial structure, making the unified coordination. Route choice in the both coordinated de- velopment is given based on the analysis of the existing problems.
