摘　　要：生态工业园区是推进循环经济发展的重要形式,也是突破资源困境、转变经济发展方式的有效途径。借鉴"势"的定义,本文主要从主客观因素和合作主体之间能力结构匹配性及耦合性两个不同的角度,构建了完整的工业企业合作的企业生态势模型,得出生态工业园区是工业发展的最优选择战略,并结合中国生态工业园区的发展现状,给出了相关的建议和措施。Eco-industrial park is not only an important form of promoting the development of recycling economy, but also an effective way of breaking through resource difficulties and changing economic development model. Drawing lessons from the definition of ＂potential＂, ecological potential model of the industrial enterprise was constructed in this article, based on the sub- jective and objective factors as well as the ability of match and couple. It is concluded that ecological industrial parks are the opti- mal strategy of industrial development. Finally, relevant suggestions and measures were put forward combined with the current reality.
