摘 要:采用在分蘖期接种稻瘟病菌,研究稻瘟病菌不同生理小种对水稻叶片光合色素和叶绿素荧光参数的影响.结果表明水稻接种稻瘟病菌孢子后,叶片出现不同程度发病,光合色素含量下降,叶片的Fv/Fm,Fv/F0,F'v/F'm,ΦPSⅡ,qP,qN,ETR和α较对照均显著降低.不同水稻品种对稻瘟病菌的敏感程度不同,R725接种ZA5后,叶片细胞结构遭到破坏,光合色素含量大幅下降,叶瘟发生最重;R720接种ZC8后发病最重,叶绿素a(Chla)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量大幅下降,Fv/F0和ΦPSⅡ等叶绿素荧光参数也显著低于对照;R727接种ZG1后发病最重,光合色素显著下降,叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm,qP,ΦPSⅡ,ETR,qN和α也显著低于对照.Effects of different physiological races of M.oryzae on photosynthetic pigments and the parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence of rice leaves were studied by inoculation with M.oryzae to the plants at tillering stage.The results suggested that after treated by M. oryzae,the leaves developed disease symptoms,the photosynthetic pigments were decreased,Fv/ Fm,Fv/ F0,F'v/ F'm,ΦPS Ⅱ,ETR,qP,qNand α values of leavesdeclined significantly comparing to the control group.The sensitivity of different ricevarieties to M.oryzaewas different.After R725 being inoculated with ZA5,the leaf cell structure was destroyed,the content of photosynthetic pigments wassignificantly decreased,and leaf blast was serious.The leaf blast of R720 being infected by ZC8 was the worst,Chl a and Car of of leaves were significantly decreased,Fv/ F0,ΦPS Ⅱand other chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were also significantly decreased.R727 infected by ZG1 showed the most serious leaf blast,the photosynthetic pigments were significantly decreased,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were also significantly lower than the control,such as Fv/ Fm,qP,ΦPS Ⅱ,ETR,qNand α.
