摘　　要：在改革开放的新时期,私人图书馆在我国方兴未艾,同时面临着诸多困惑和挑战。私人图书馆发展的条件应从内部和外部两个方面着手,包括采取扶持政策、完善法律法规、拓宽融资渠道、创构盈利模式、打造服务品牌、加强监督管理等。In the new era, the private library in the ascendant, facing many puzzles and challenges. It should provide both internal and external devel- opment conditions of the private library, including the adoption of supportive policies, improvement of laws and regulation, expansion of financing chan- nels, construction of profit model, development of service brand, reinforcement of supervision and management.
