摘　　要："图书银行"巧妙地采用类似于商业银行的运行机制,创造了全民阅读推广的独特载体。图书银行在我国方兴未艾,并呈现出类型日益齐全性、服务不断丰富性、管理逐步规范性和技术持续创新性等特征与发展趋势。我国图书银行取得的经验包括:坚持政府的主导地位、走社会协作共建的道路、发挥专业阅读机构的作用、建立和培养志愿者队伍、完善与健全激励机制等。＂Book bank＂ cleverly uses the operating mechanism similar to the commercial banks to create a national reading promotion unique carrier. Book banks in our country is ascendant, and showed a trend of growing range of types, rich servieea, perfect management and technical continuous in- novation. The experiences of the book bank in China include： sticking to the dominance of the government, taking the road of social collaboration, playinag a role of professional reading organizations, training volunteers, and improving the incentive mechanism.
