摘　　要：本文把绩效技术(HPT)引入到图书馆领域,阐述了绩效技术的概念,利用其方法分析了影响高校图书馆绩效的因素,并提出了图书馆绩效干预和评估方法。In this paper, the Human Performance Technology （HPT） was introduced in the library field, the concept of Human Performance Tech- nology was completely explained. The method was used to analyze the effective factors of the academic library performance measurement. It presents the intervening measures and evaluation methods.
