集束化干预对降低低出生体质量儿PICC并发症的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化干预降低低出生体质量儿经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)并发症的效果。方法选取80例行PICC置管的低出生体质量儿,随机分为对照组和集束化干预组,每组各40例。对照组患儿使用置管常规护理,干预组患儿在常规护理基础上,使用PICC集束化干预措施,对比分析两组静脉炎发生率、堵管发生率、导管滑脱率、絮状物产生等并发症情况。结果集束化干预组患儿静脉炎发生率、堵管发生率及需溶栓率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预可明显减少低出生体质量儿PICC置管并发症,值得在临床推广使用。Objective To study the reduction of PICC complications among low birth weight （LBW） infants by cluster‐based intervention .Method A total of 80 LBW infants who were placed with PICC were randomly divided in‐to control group and observation group ,40 case in each group .The control group was given the conventional nursing measures ,while the observation group was treated with the PICC bundle intervention .Then the incidence of compli‐cations including phlebitis ,pipe blockage ,catheter dislocation ,floccule formation was compared between the two groups .Result The incidence of complications including phlebitis ,pipe blockage ,thrombolysis in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group .There was significant difference （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Cen‐tral line bundle can reduce the complication of PICC ,which should be applied widely .
