摘 要:农村供水水表管理存在着安装比例偏低、选型安装不规范、强制检定不严格、更换缺口大、抄表计费不到位等问题,水表管理薄弱对农村供水工程长效运行带来诸多不利影响。针对加强水表管理面临的困难,提出了相关建议,包括科学拟定"十三五"农村饮水提质增效中水表管理的任务目标,优先抓好规模化集中供水的水表管理,规范完善计量收费工作机制,适度借鉴城镇供水表务管理方法等。Problems are existed in meter management for rural water supply, such as low percentage of installation and replacement, lacking of standardization for selection and installation, lacking of reinforcement for verification and poor meter reading and fee collection. Insufficient meter management has resulted in negative impact on long-term operation of water supply utilities in rural areas. Suggestions are made accordingly, including proposal for tasks and objectives for meter management in the 13th Five-Year Plan for improvement and benefit increase of rural drinking water, meter management for scaled and centralized water supply, improvement of working mechanism for metering, and fee collection and learn lessons from meter management in cities and townships.
