注射用头孢唑肟钠与4种药物的配伍稳定性考察

摘　　要：目的:考察注射用头孢唑肟钠与4种常用药物配伍的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用头孢唑肟钠与氨茶碱注射液、维生素C注射液、地塞米松磷酸钠注射液、酚磺乙胺注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后的含量变化,并考察外观及p H值变化。结果:注射用头孢唑肟钠与上述4种药物配伍6 h内溶液外观以及4.5 h内p H值和含量均无明显变化。结论:注射用头孢唑肟钠与维生素C注射液、氨茶碱注射液配伍后随着时间的变化,头孢唑肟钠的含量有逐渐减少的趋势,在实际应用中宜在配伍后4 h内滴注完毕。OBJECTIVE： To study the stability of Ceftizoxime sodium for injection combined with 4 common drugs. METH- ODS ： HPLC was conducted to determine the changes of contents after Ceftizoxime sodium for injection combined with Aminophyl- line injection, Vitamin C injection, Dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection and Etamsylate injection in 5% Glucose injection. The changes of appearance and pH were detected. RESULTS： There were no obvious changes among the appearance （within 6 h）, pH （within 4.5 h） and content （within 4.5 h） when Ceftizoxime sodium for injection combined with above-mentioned drugs. CON- CLUSIONS： The content of Ceftizoxime sodium is gradually decreased with the changes of combination with Vitamin C injection and Aminophylline injection. Infusion should be finished within 4 h in clinic.
