摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了H6P2W18O62/Ti O2-Si O2光催化剂,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其进行了表征。通过光催化剂H6P2W18O62/Ti O2-Si O2对含甲基橙模拟废水进行处理,结果表明,H6P2W18O62/Ti O2-Si O2光催化剂表现出较高的光催化性能,在催化剂用量为1.39 g/L,甲基橙溶液质量浓度为5 mg/L,初始p H=3.5,反应时间2.5 h的条件下,甲基橙的降解率可达99.2%,且产生了协同效应。H6P2W18O62/Ti O2-Si O2光催化剂对罗丹明B、亚甲基蓝和甲基红均具有较高的光催化性能,降解率达84.0%~100.0%。光催化剂还表现出较好的重复使用性能,第5次降解率仍为94.4%。H6P2W18O62/TiO2-SiO2 was prepared by using impregnation method and characterized by means of FT-IR, XRD and SEM. The reuse of the catalyst was discussed. The results indicate that H6P2W18O62/TiO2-SiO2 photocatalyst exhibit superior photocatalytic performance. When catalyst dosage was 1.39 g/L, the mass concentration of methyl orange was 5 mg/L in the pH = 3.5 and the reaction time was 2.5 h under the optimum conditions, the degradation rate of photocatalytic methyl orange was 99.2% and a synergistic effect was produced. The photodegradation of methylene blue, rhodamine B and methyl red also showed the product's superior photocatalytic performance, and the degradation rate of dyes could reach 84. 0% - 100. 0%. The photoeatalyst also exhibited good reusability and the degradation rate for methyl orange still kept at 94. 4% after 5 runs.
