摘　　要：可及性是一个评价服务系统与服务对象间"适合度"的概念。本文在借鉴卫生服务可及性评价框架和受教育权评价框架的基础上,建构了一个由可获得性、可接近性、可接受性和可适应性四个维度组成的公共文化服务可及性评价框架。Access is a concept to evaluate the degree of ＂fit＂ between services system and clients. By analogy experiences in evalu- ating the access to health service and the right to education, the paper developed a framework of evaluating the access to public cultural services, which is composed of four dimensions： availability, accessibility, acceptability and adaptability,
