摘  要:目的初步探讨CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)及转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)发病中的作用及可能机制。方法采用流式细胞术(FCM)和ELISA法分别检测2组小儿(MPP组及健康对照组)外周血CD4+CD25+Treg细胞的比例及血清TGF-β1水平,并分析二者之间的相关性。结果 1MPP组患儿外周血中CD4+CD25+Treg细胞比例和血清TGF-β1水平分别为[(5.59%±1.18%)和(467.74±142.05)ng/L],与健康对照组[(8.20%±1.76%)和(730.05±197.21)ng/L]相比,均显著降低(P<0.01);2MPP组小儿血清TGF-β1水平与CD4+CD25+Treg细胞比例呈正相关(r=0.71,P<0.01)。结论 CD4+CD25+Treg细胞比例及TGF-β1水平的降低可能参与MPP的发病。Abstract:Objective To explore the role and possible mechanisms of CIM ~ CD25 ~ Treg and TGF-[31 in Pathogenesis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods MPP and control group of CIM ~ CD25 ~ Tregs' ratio were detected by flow cytometry, while serum TGF-[31 levels were determined by Enzyme-linked immuneosorben, and analyze correlation of the two. Results ①The ratio of CD4^+ CD25^+ Tregs and serum TGF-β1 levels in MPP group were (5.59% ± 1.18% ) and(467.74 ± 142.05 ) ng/L, which were significantly lower than those of control group [ (8.20% + 1.76% ) and (730.05 ± 197.21 )ng/L] (P 〈 0.01 ) ;②The serum TGF-β1, levels and CD4^+ CD25^+ Tregs' ratio of the MPP group were concentration positively correlated ( r = 0.71, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The reduction of CD4^+ CD25^+ Tregs' ratio and ser- um TGF-β1 levels could have close ties with the pathogenesis of MPP.
