肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折52例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：分析与探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取2009年4月～2014年4月期间收治的肱骨近端骨折患者共52例，对其采用切开复位加肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗，对患者的临床疗效、愈合时间等进行分析，并对术后发生的并发症情况进行记录。结果：采用肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗后，52例患者均手术成功，术后愈合时间平均为12．0±3．0周。对其术后情况进行随访，其中恢复优秀共46例，良好共4例，一般1例，较差1例，总优良率为96．1％。术后恢复较差的1例患者其主要原因为术后发生肱骨头坏死。结论：采用肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折具有较好的临床疗效。建议在骨折发生后尽量采取解剖复位的方法，建立起肱骨颈内侧重支撑，降低并发症的发生率。Objective： fixation of the proximal humerus in the analysis and discussion of the proximal humerus nail plate fracture clinical efficacy. Results： proximal humerus nail plate fixation after 52 patients were successful surgery, postoperative healing time average （ 12.0 ± 3.0） weeks after the follow - up can get their cases, a total of 46 cases in which the recovery of outstanding good co- four cases, a total of one case in general, less total one case, the total fine was 96.1%. One patient recovery after the main reason for poor postoperative humeral head necrosis. Conclusion： proximal humerus nail plate fixation of proximal humeral fractures with better clinical efficacy, the paper recommended to adopt the method after anatomic fracture establish humeral neck focused support and reduce the incidence of complications .
