热处理木材的材色变化研概述

摘　　要：通过对近年来热处理木材材色变化的研究,总结出了热处理引发木材材色变化的机理,阐述了热处理过程中处理设备和处理条件、处理温度和时间、木材内部抽提物等因素对木材颜色变化的影响,分析了热处理带来的木材材色变化对木制品加工和物理性能检测的意义,最后提出了木材热处理后关于颜色变化研究存在的一些问题和材色研究的发展趋势。The recent researches on the color change of heat-treated wood were reviewed.In this paper the causes of the wood color change during heat treatment were revealed and the main factors leading to the color change were analyzed,including the equipment,conditions,temperature,time and wood extractives.The color change of heat-treated wood also contributes to wood machining and discovering physical properties of wood.It also brings the problems of the researches on the color change after heat treatment and the trend of development on color change in this paper.
