我国台湾农产品批发市场发展经验及其启示

摘　　要：农产品批发是农产品消费的重要环节,我国台湾地区农产品批发市场通过长期的发展已经形成了其成熟的模式。台湾的农产品市场被定性为公用事业,采取"政府参与投资,优惠政策并行"模式,政府统一规划并制定了完整的法律法规体系,建立了严格的准入制度和监管机制。我国大陆地区农产品批发市场可以借鉴台湾地区的发展经验,通过提高农产品市场公益性、信息化水平、食品安全监管等加速推进市场的现代化建设。Agriculture wholesale market plays an important role in agricultural product circulation.Agriculture wholesale market in Taiwan has formed a relatively mature system with development experience through long-term development and accumulation.Taiwan’s agriculture markets are characterized as public service with government’s participation in investment.Authorities make construction planning and developed a complete legal system to build up strict access rules and regulatory mechanisms.Agricultural products wholesale market in mainland of China should learn from the development experience of Taiwan to accelerate modernization process by improving public welfare service,taking up information technology and setting up food safety supervision system.
