川东北经济区城乡关联模式探索

摘　　要：结合川东北经济区特点,提出了"空间与功能网络化"模式,包括"空间网络化"和"功能网络化"两部分。具体实施中,提出了"双核"(南充和达州)增长极模式、"五带"(川东北经济区5大区域带)特色产业发展与城镇化并行模式。为了更好地实现城乡关联发展,总结了川东北经济区当具备的4大条件:合理的城镇体系、完善的交通设施、统一的制度框架、有效的政府调控。Taking characteristics of Northeast Sichuan into account,the article puts forward the＂Space and Function Networking ＂pattern,which includes＂Space Networking＂and＂Function Networking＂.In concrete implementation,it puts forward two patterns.One is the growth pole pattern of＂Dual Core＂（Nanchong and Dazhou）,the other is a parallel pattern of special industries and urbanization in＂Five Zone＂（the five areas in Northeast Sichuan）.In order to realize the urban-rural associating development better,the article summarizes four conditions that Northeast Sichuan should have,which are a reasonable urban system,perfect traffic facilities,a unified system framework,the effective government regulation.
